Innospace HMI Unit
The Innospace HMI unit acts as a charging station dashboard, ensuring real time delivery of right information. It fulfills both the managements’ and customers’ requirements of EV charging. Customers can track valuable information such as the batteries’ longevity, charging time, percentage of charge and range. Apart from this, billing details are available in print. The management, also have an ace in their operations with month-long data about the amount of energy/current transferred, billing reports and other user data through which insights can be derived to improve the profitability of a business

Innospace EV Mobile App
The Innospace EV Mobile app brings information about the performance of an EV infrastructure into the hands of both operators and customers no matter where they are. Users can look up for the availability of spots in the EV charging station with its compatibility. The app also notifies them of the battery percentage and the remaining range of the vehicle. With the mobile app, the management gets to monitor the optimal functioning of charging stations 24/7. They also have real time access to data and reports which can help in deriving insights. The CMS (Central Management System) is the software through which the Innospace mobile app functions. This system caters to the demands of a charge point operator ensuring the proper functioning of EV charging stations. It provides a diagnostic tool which checks for malfunctioning. It also states whether the charging stations are online and available for customer use.
Open Charge Point Protocol
One the biggest advantage of the Innospace EV charging platform is the usage of Open Charge Point protocol. OCPP is an open protocol for the communication between the many electric vehicle (EV) charge stations and charge station network service providers. This paves way for easy operation of EV charging stations. It also gives customers long-term flexibility and choice – without having to replace hardware when there is a need to switch networks. This flexibility leads to higher returns on your charge station investment.
